We want you to love your AKSI products. However due to hygiene reason we are unable to offer return and all sales are final. All sales are made final once goods are paid and shipped. 

With Exception of damaged items, please Contact us with the subject line : DAMAGED, and include your order Number. Damages will be reviewed and cannot guarantee this will resort to return or exchange of product.
